Annette D. Ressler Project Manager, is a 2002 graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO with a Master's degree in Construction Management. She is currently responsible for all commercial operations. Annette's career began with Rhoades Construction in Fort Collins, CO as a project engineer and quickly promoted to assistant project manager. Under her direction, many projects were successfully completed in the Denver and surrounding area including Mile High Honda, Schwann's Distribution Center, Wellington Fire Station, Lincoln County Library, Ft. Morgan Historical Renovation and others. Annette's history with scheduling, estimating, cost management, and quality control will help bring your project under budget and ahead of schedule. |
Raymond E. Potter Superintendent, is currently responsible for scheduling, quality control and supervision. Ray brings over 30 years of construction experience to Potter Construction. Ray's career began as an ironworker. He has worked as a structural steel subcontractor on several projects including the Eastridge Mall, Ivinson Memorial Hospital, Dave Johnson Power Plant, University of Wyoming Botany Building, several school projects and many more. Ray's experience has helped owners and subcontractors foresee potential problems which will reduce change orders and help bring your project to a successful completion. |
