Preconstruction:
Potter Construction will help you choose a home that fits your budget.
We help you choose a floor plan that fits each individual’s needs and desires. We make sure you will be able to move comfortably in every room, including the kitchen, closets, bathrooms, laundry room and garage.
You will be able to personalize your home by choosing cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, floor coverings, paint and even more. We will give you a tour of our newly completed homes and home under construction to give you an idea of different styles.
We will work with you to obtain financing from one of our preferred lenders with lots of financing options for your convenience.
Potter Construction will also help you choose options to make your home more energy efficient.
Construction:
During construction, your project will be staffed with your own superintendent who is responsible for overseeing every phase of construction. To make sure you are involved in the construction of your home the superintendent will remain your primary point of contact throughout the whole process.
Throughout the construction phase superior quality is of the utmost importance to Potter Construction. We use dependable building materials and reliable subcontractors. We also have a number of checkpoints and inspections to make sure your home is built with the absolute best quality.
You are welcome to check the progress of your project at any time.
Completion:
Potter Construction is dedicated to completing your project on time. A final walk through will be done to make sure you are completely satisfied with your home.
At the time of closing you will be provided with a booklet of warranty and maintenance information for your use.
We want you to be happy with your new home. You will be given the necessary attention needed to successfully complete your project.
